Dairy Queen- Ennis — Restaurant in Ennis

Me and my daughter stopped by to get some food for lunch the cashier rang me up my daughter did the same all was great my daughter got her food and it was missing something she went back and asked for it and the lady that was working the drive through told her it doesn't come with it ,it has never come with it and she was just trying to get something for free my daughter was so upset she couldn't eat I spent 20 dollars for my food that I was eating and While I was eating.the women kept saying in a loud voice were everyone in the restaurant could hear about how that never came with that over and over again I finally got up because I could see how much it was upsetting my daughter and asked the lady to please stop saying that over and over it's very rude she snapped at me so I sat down and talked to my daughter we though away the food and left so please think of others before you speak Remember we are all in this together and should treat each other...

I have to say that food was delicious, but everything else was terrible. Order online $25 dollars. Arrived and were charged 5 more dollars because "prices are different than online" ??? Hm?!?! Sandwich was missing, then we got it but with no tomato nor lettuce. Also we didn't get tater tots, but Mozzarella sticks instead ( I can't have cheese). Manager was completely unhelpful and refused to honor the online prices, even though we ordered online and agreed to those prices. And I really don't care that they haven't fix the prices online yet, that is absolutely not my problem. I'm left with no other option but dispute the transaction or take a legal action, since the manager has no idea about...

Absolutely disheartening coming here today. To be charged extra for taco sauce to go on nachos and tacos and then when I just asked for a refund for the food because the "manager" and cashier were bad mouthing and cussing about me and my mother behind the counter and in the kitchen where everyone in the store could hear. I've never been so disrespected at a Dairy Queen before. Shame on these Ladies for the way they are treating customers, like they are better than everyone else in the world. We were nothing but sweet, and my mom only spoke up because of them cussing about us in the back. I really hope the GM steps up and makes some very needed changes with this store...
