Everyone says to buy from the RAC but I went there and it was a huge disappointment. They didn't know their products, tried to lock us into something that we really didn't want and we would have had to buy additional equipment for our products to work. Had a bad feeling and left. Went to Aaron and we weren't in the store 5 minutes and we had two beautiful young ladies who not only helped us but actually knew what they were talking about when it came to what they were merchandising! (Unlike the other guys...and a HUGE plus for me personally!!). Had our products delivered today and had just as great an experience with the two gentlemen who delivered our products. They walked in, looked at where the hook ups were, knew exactly what parts they needed and were "Johnny on the spot". Polite, professional and just nice guys!! After loosing a child two months ago, embarking on a semi major purchase was a bit daunting. Aaron, from start to finish made this as seamless and enjoyable as it should be to make this decision. I purchased a king bedroom set in November. I have never been late or missed a payment I even paid early. A friend of mine is going over sea and is giving me his bedroom set . I called to set a time and day to pick and they told me I will have to put it outside because the guys can't go in people homes . The problem I have with this is last week I broke my ankle and have a cast on and I live in a townhouse and the bedroomis upstairs. When I told the person on the phone I have a broken ankle they didn't care and said that I needed to find someone to get it outside before they could pick it up .I have paid over 800.00 on this set and if this is how I'm treated for returning the set I will never do business with...
