DISAPPOINTED! Queso Flameado was more like a drunken steak. Chile Relleno was Not Good! Red Sauce was Missing the Point! My husband had the Queso Flameado and portions of it was delicious but then he got to the the last part where the alcohol absolutely did NOT Burn Off! I tasted it and it was like eating alcohol soaked steak. The cheese was half cheese/ half raw-alcohol. Unappetizing and worthy of spitting out! We let the server know and asked what they used and her response was she didn't know. I let her know it was overwhelmingly strong to which she had No Response! The Chile Relleno was filled with a hamburger meat goulash and No Cheese. It is usually assumed that a Chile Relleno is cheese stuffed. Once I opened it up to investigate, it was not a whole pepper! Just sliced peppers inside! To top it off, the red sauce tasted similar to a spaghetti sauce and not a Good Mexican Red Sauce. We're from San Antonio, TX and we love a good Mexican restaurant. They did NOT meet those expectations! The waitress was not very friendly. I'm assuming because I was doing yard-work today and my husband was fresh out of work, that she assumed she was going to get a country bumpkin style tip. She did not know what the #16 included. She began clearing the table as I was trying to scoot out of the booth seat, right on top of me. I served for years and years at both mid to high-end restaurants and the service was lacking, to be blunt. The decor is beautiful! The hard tacos were the best thing that we ordered and the rice and beans were on point. 2 stars just for...

Our family are connoisseurs of Mexican restaurants all over the world. We eat Mexican several times a week. The first thing we noticed was that there were no Hispanic natives eating in the restaurant and most of the servers are very American. The food came out fast and it was certainly fresh. I would say overall it had a more American flavor profile.
On a scale of American chain, Mexican restaurant —to walk up street taco truck, where you have to know at least a little Spanish to order —this… skews heavily toward the American side.
When we try out a new Mexican restaurant, we always order something basic… If you can’t get the basics right, it’s highly unlikely you can do anything else well. For reference, the chips are thick cut yellow corn, and the salsa has a decent flavor but is mild. The ground beef, crunchy taco (can’t get more basic than that) was pretty flavorless, and the fajitas were more sweet...
Read moreMy family and I have been 3 times. First time was 2 days after they opened and it was fantastic and fresh. We waited about a month and I ordered the same thing as the first visit and it was horrible. The nachos were soggy and there was a lot of grease on the plate. Third time was last Sunday, I ordered a ground beef taco and burrito and it tasted like dish soap. It was so bad my 17 yr old son was like there is NO WAY that should be served. I had him try it in case my taste buds were off. Before any assumptions, i know people say cilantro sometimes tasye like soap, No it was not the cilantro, I love cilantro! When I told my waitress about it she said she was going to get her manager. She came back to the table and said, he can't come out so do you want something else. For the manager to not come to the table, told me all I needed about this establishment. Its busy because its new for Enterprise, not...
