The Bean Bro — Restaurant in Enterprise

Well, I guess y’all just lost a customer that has been coming here since you opened. Went in today for a chocolate banana latte, the only thing I ever order. I was informed that even though they still have all of the ingredients to make it, they just wouldn’t because it’s not “in season”. The lady at the register said the owners told them they can’t make it out of season so it “stays special”. As a small business that hopes patrons come support your dreams instead of lining the pockets of big corporations, this is a tad trivial in my opinion. If you have the ingredients, let me, the consumer, decide what is special to me and what is not. Hello Chonky is right down the road from me and has no problem mixing banana and chocolate for me no matter what time of year it is, so I won’t be back to bean bros even once they decide what time of year they’ll allow me to purchase it. This is very disappointing since this was my go-to spot for a while.

Since I can’t directly respond to the owners reply I’d like to clarify. My exact verbiage was “chocolate banana latte” and was told they will not make it. When I got to the front window I asked about the banana refresher they have and the lady told me that’s the only banana drink on the menu and even when I asked if they could just mix the banana syrup with mocha for me they told me no and gave the owners reasoning on keeping it special. Let’s be honest, the drinks never turn out the same even when they are in season with your “recipe cards” but sometimes that’s part of the fun and the gamble I take when I order it. i had high hopes for The Bean Bro in Enterprise after a few ppl told me to check it out but honestly? it was a huge letdown. mostly because of the manager. i don’t usually write bad reviews but the way i was treated really rubbed me the wrong way.

soon as i walked in, the vibe was just off. the woman who was runnin the place had zero interest in bein nice. she was short w/ me, kinda rude, and acted like me ordering a coffee was some kinda burden. not even a smile. just pure attitude.

honestly just save your money. there's way better spots in Enterprise where they actually appreciate their customers. this one just made me feel like i wasn’t even...
