Make sure you check your order BEFORE you leave. Employees can make or break a business. I've been going here for years to get gas. Its been years since I've bought hot food from them though. I remembered how good the food was and decided to try it again. The whole menu has changed to only chicken and a few sides. I stopped by around noon today for a personal box meal. It was fine, they didn't give me my honey mustard, but no big deal. I had leftovers and my son tried it and urged me to take him there for more. Went back ordered the family meal. 12 pc, wedges, 6 biscuits and purchased an additional large side of red beans and rice. Gave my daughter the receipt to pick it up as I went to the restroom. Say our goodbyes to Dylan (cashier, who was very pleasant)and left. Get home, pull out the plates, find out there's food missing. Ask the kids did you leave it in the car? Check the car, no bag. I got 2 out of the 4 things that I bought. Immediately drive back to inform them of the missing food. Then the RIDICULOUSNESS starts!! No apology, but was accused of receiving the food and that I waited an hour before coming back, which according to the receipt was FALSE!! It was actually 20 mins. Still no apology. Asked how long will it be for my food? The wedges are done, 10 mins for the biscuits. "Just give me the wedges and I won't be back". Instead of an apology, and wasting my time, I get an attitude about it being an honest mistake, (which is what I addressed when I 1st walked in the door). Accountability today is out the window and pride is all I see. If you're wrong, you're wrong. Admit it and move on. It's not my fault that pride keeps you(Sonia) in denial and shifting blame on the innocent. You get paid to do a job, so do it right. It's not rocket science after all. On Sunday, 01/28/2024, I was in need of a car wash in a hurry. I was attending a work event early the next morning. I googled car wash in my area, and America’s Car Care was open until 5pm. Being that it was 4pm on a Sunday, it was slim pickings. So, I called them first and asked a female cashier who answered the phone if this was a full service car wash and she told me yes it was. Upon, arriving at the car wash a guy (which I found out later was the manager) hurried out to the self service machine and stated the full service was closed early for the day (it was 4:12pm.) Okay, so I bought the best exterior wash they have. As I go through the washing process another car pulls in the line behind me. My wash was finish and time to dry if off, the young guy did it in less than two minutes! I pointed out several spots he missed and he attempted to fix them! I was getting frustra so I tipped him and pulled in a parking spot at the store area and got out to look at my car. OMG! I was so disappointed! My car was dripping water from EVERYWHERE! As I went over to address the manager regarding my issues, I saw the car that was behind me receiving a FULL SERVICE WASH, after I was told they weren’t doing anymore for the day! Now, I’m livid, so I walk over to the manager and ask him for a towel. He was busy drying another car so he couldn’t be bothered with me, so he gave me a towel and kept on doing what he felt was more important than little ole’ me! I dried my car off and it took me 15 minutes to do something I paid them to do! After I finished and returned the towel I expressed my frustrations to the manager and he couldn’t care less! I had to tell the young men how to do their jobs. I went to get my car washed yesterday. I have a 2014 so I like to keep it clean. I pulled through the line and the machine said the car wash was closed, so I pulled up a bit more and talked to a young man. I told him I wanted the gold package, he took my c card inside to pay, when he came back he failed to give me a receipt, he said I could go inside and get one. But that was a lie! The cashiers inside cannot give receipts for the car wash. I waited for my car to be done, I checked the usual spots that get missed, I had to instruct the young men on how to do their jobs. Basically, they had to rewipe the door jams as well as revaccum my whole car. There were still water spots on the top of the car. The whole front end had not been dried off or even cleaned.
