Something I HIGHLY recommend, if you're looking for a holiday feel -- is their pumpkin spice waffles. It's soooo good and would have probably been my top pick if I didn't like more savory things better(hence the chicken wings I will mention later). They pair it with this pumpkin cream cheese; it's somewhat dense in volume but light in taste. And the waffle itself is thick and feels more like a French toast. So good, I've been having dreams about this. I would have taken a picture of this, but I was in heaven and forgotten. (So the photo attached is from the restaurant's IG ---- looks basically the same) It's only seasonal though, so you gotta try it before the new year.
I also very very much recommended their chicken wings, it's the perfect combination of dry yet juicy and has a hint of sweetness. I forgot exactly what they said, but something along the lines that they marinate their wings for many many hours with this sort of beer batter. Either way, I'm all for it. Seriously 10/10, you have to try it.
I also got the salmon benedict, which is just as good as any salmon benedict. Presentation is on par with the restaurant vibe.
Honestly, the food and service was great. The staff was super friendly and attentive -- our waters were always refilled, the waiter always checked to see if we were satisfied, and one of my friends dropped a knife and our waiter immediately replaced it with a new one as he was already headed towards...
Read moreI give this place a 2+. To be straight up about the food, it was OK. Nothing special, and the execution was just OK. I feel like a place called hash brown should have some super legit hash browns and they were not crispy, and not stellar. My wife's chicken and waffles were unremarkable. Not bad but nothing to write home about. The restaurant itself is having an identity crisis. To be fair this place is home to two restaurants. It is hash brown for breakfast and lunch, and Blume for dinner. The decor is weird. It feels like somewhere you would have a bachelorette party. It's full of plastic gems and chandeliers, and giant velvet chairs, while on the other side there are giant TVs and kind of a sports bar vibe. The service was mediocre, but it's definitely kinda weird when you're the only ones there. Overall: weird vibe, ok food, about $50 for what you see in the picture. For that money, you'll see me going...
Read moreIf their is one thing I love doing on the weekend is finding good places to eat. Especially Breakfast joints, I was very happy that this establishment opened up in my area. I am always looking for new places to take the family. Although it was a lil confusing to find this place, I blame my google maps. I was thrilled that it was located inside Blume. This definitely very appealing to find that this location is shared. Blume has beautiful decor and looks great during the day. Perfect place to takes pictures with the girls, or family. The food is definitely worth coming back to, I loved the breakfast burrito and Waffles. I love that they have a full bar and ready to serve mimosas and BloodyMarys. I definitely recommend checking this place out for...
