I had gone to my stylist for 15+ years until she decided to stop cutting hair. She had moved around many times and I followed her. I was devastated because I have very long hair and she was the only one who cut long layers right and also didn’t try and cut tons of my hair off. So, almost one year passed and my hair needed to be cut. I had my mom cut it straight across but my hair is thick and heavy and this made it so it wouldn’t hold a curl anymore. I was desperate to find a new stylist. I found Tiffany on Yelp and could see from the photos that she knew how to layer long hair. I was lucky enough that she was able to squeeze me in quickly before a wedding I have to attend. I thought… here goes nothing! Praying she would do a good job on my hair.

WELL… she did an EXCELLENT job on my hair! I really loved the way she washed my hair and scrubbed my head really strongly like my grandmother did (who also use to own a salon in town) I never had a stylist wash hair like that so it immediately made me feel comfort. Tiffany is so sweet and a really hard worker. Her and her husband keep the salon very clean. He works the front desk and I really enjoyed talking with him.

I am soooooo beyond HAPPY with my haircut! It’s curling beautifully again and feels nice and lightweight again. Tiffany will be my stylist for the next 20 years, god willing! Thank you so much for the wonderful haircut! You are...

I had an extremely disappointing and damaging experience at L Hair Salon with the hairdresser Tiffany. During a bleaching appointment, she left the bleach on my hair for far too long and used a concoction that was far too strong, resulting in severe damage. My hair snapped right at the crown, leaving me with irreparable damage. I went to Tiffany thinking she was a professional with experience and knowledge...if I wanted my hair to get messed up, I would have done it myself.

Tiffany also brushed my hair while the bleach was still on, causing even more breakage. She didn’t use any protective treatments like Olaplex, which could have mitigated the damage, and the bleach caused an unbearable burning sensation on my scalp.

This experience has left me deeply upset and dissatisfied. I would strongly caution others against trusting Tiffany with such delicate procedures, as the lack of care and expertise has had devastating consequences...

Storytime: I went to LA to get a haircut, the stylist chopped up my hair pretty bad!!! For a week I was devastated, my hair looked so bad. Being new in the area of Saint Rose I saw I was close to the L salon. I called and was created by a soft voice, that was very polite and understood my desperation to get my hair fixed! I arrived, easy access parked right in front of the salon. They offered me something to drink while I waited. They started with the best hair wash I ever had! My headache went away! TY beautiful! Tiffany WOW! I seriously wanted to cry at first but Tiffany made me feel hopeful and comfortable. My hair was very short already and I didn't want it any shorter if possible.
