Charleys Cheesesteaks — Restaurant in Enterprise

The black female behind the counter refused to take my order last night. It was for Doordash. Want to know why? Because an elderly black man accosted me when I entered the store. He made fun of the shirt I was wearing. When he was told to be quiet. He tried to assault me. At the time the female cashier was taking someone else's order so there's absolutely no way she knows what went down. However, she decided because they were both the same race that she was going to blindly side with him and tell me that my order was going to be quite a long time and there was nothing she could do about it. She was asked more than once how long and refused to answer. I had to reach out to doordash support to have the order canceled. Completely unacceptable all the business cameras back up the fact that I did nothing wrong. I entered the store, kept to my self, only to be accosted. He was told to be quiet he didn't like it he tried to beat me up. Using that an excuse to not ring me up this unacceptable unprofessional and I'm going to continue to file every report I can. She owes me an apology. I will take this as far as I can. Rude people like her shouldn't bein the customer service area. Especially when they side with people...

Charley's Cheesesteaks and Wings store has recently opened next door to the gas station Conoco on the South Las Vegas Blvd (same plaza as The Blue Hawk Tavern). The store is brand new, very nice and clean. It is a fast food counter service store that has a small dining area with few tables and a drive thru (for those on the go, more convenient option). The staff is very friendly and very quick too, we didn't wait too long for our food to come out. They have THE BEST cheesesteak in town. Their cheesesteaks are always fresh and delicious, very flavorful and they use high quality ingredients. You can definitely taste the difference. We have ordered: a chicken cheesesteak combo, boneless wings and bacon chipotle cheesesteak. Whatever you order on the menu, you cannot go wrong. All of their cheesesteaks are juicy and flavorful!

I ordered a cheesesteak sandwich and there was hardly any cheesesteak in the sandwich. Also, the price for this sandwich showed it to cost $7.79, I was charged $8.79. I sent an email to corporate wanting an answer to why It showed a lower price than what I paid. The sandwich was the size of a hot dog bun and had very little cheesesteak in it. BEWARE!! THIS IS NOT WORTH WHAT IS CHARGED, I WILL NOT RETURN OF RECOMMEND THIS FOOD ESTABLISHMENT TO ANYONE.
