I recently dined at Jayde @ 16 and was immediately impressed by the stunning view it offered of Las Vegas. The restaurant's modern upscale design added to the overall ambiance, creating a pleasant dining atmosphere. The service was friendly and quick, ensuring that our needs were promptly attended to.
However, I must admit that I was slightly disappointed with the drink and food menu. While the options were decent, they lacked depth and variety. It would have been great to see a wider range of choices to cater to different preferences and dietary restrictions.
Moving on to the food, I found the wonton soup to be a letdown. It was served lukewarm, which was quite off-putting. Additionally, the flavors lacked authenticity and failed to impress my taste buds. This was a missed opportunity for the restaurant to showcase its culinary expertise.
On a positive note, the sushi at Jayde @ 16 was a redeeming factor. The fish was fresh, and the presentation was on par with other reputable sushi restaurants. It was evident that some effort had been put into ensuring the quality and visual appeal of this particular dish.
While Jayde @ 16 has a lot going for it in terms of its breathtaking view, modern design, and friendly service, there are areas that need improvement. The lack of variety and depth in the drink and food menu was disappointing, and the lukewarm soup with its lackluster flavors was a missed opportunity. Overall, I believe that Jayde @ 16 has the potential to be a great restaurant, but it needs to work on enhancing its variety and flavor to truly stand out in the competitive Las Vegas...
Read moreOur first time here. Since it was newly opened one month ago and we usually go to the raiders grill at the same casino we thought we would try it out. It's close to home. The ambiance was amazing. It's a small establishment but nicely laid out. There are window seats as well as some quiet seats next to the window but they have to be reserved under special requests. The food was so delicious! Even down to the fried rice. Probably the best fried rice I've ever had and I'm from Washington State were we have lots of amazing Japanese restaurants out there. The food was a little on the slow side. We got our appetizers and then waited about 40 minutes for the main food to come out. Our server was friendly but not very attentive. She did not come to our table very often. We were wondering what was going on with where our food was and we saw more of the busser than our server. Took a little while to get more water after our glasses were emptied, and again we couldn't find our server. The price was very expensive. A little shocking. Two people came to $160. We each had one alcoholic beverage. We had an appetizer also. They also have outdoor dining but the view didn't look as great because it was overlooking the construction and the freeway. With all that being said we will still go back there again. Next time we're going to request a window seat because the views of the city look amazing from the 16th floor. Hopefully the service is a little bit more attentive next time and we will be prepared with the price. Again the food...
Read moreThis looked like it was going to be an amazing place. The view from the rooftop of the M is amazing. The four of us arrived, And we're seated and greeted by a very nice young lady. She took our cocktail orders, And when she returned with them she took our food order. Almost 25 minutes later Cher got her main, But did not get her entree. About 10 minutes later, someone showed up with her soup. The three of us did not have any food served. She waited and waited, which of course is the polite thing to do. We looked for our waitress. No luck. Finally after about another 20 minutes the other two of my table mates received their main. Still nothing for me. The waitress finally showed up and I inquired about my pot sticker main dish. She said she would check. The maitre d came over and explained that the pot sticker area was behind. I advised him that every single person around us who had been seated after us has now been served, as well as everyone at my table. And I still have nothing. He said he would check. About 10 minutes later, I finally got my pot stickers. Of course by now everyone's meal was cold. The maitre d offered me a glass of champagne or wine. I chose wine. And that was completely insufficient for all of us now having a cold meal and total mess up in delivery of our meals. I can't imagine I would take the time and the effort to go here again. Simply...
