Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Henderson

Omg.... with my move , there are very few places to go to get anything food related , there is only Jack in the Box, within 5 miles. So, approximately 10 times , WE have been to my new local eatery.... Jack's in the back, must be smoking Crack. DOORS ARE LOCKED, dive thru is closed, employees screaming at the top of their lungs at a customer who also had her TWO SMALL CHILDREN WITH HER, 😳 AND THE 3 OR 4 Jack's in the back, employees, have scared these children and the adjacent convenient market, am/pm , all the customer 's, ME and about 20 other's were all a little confused, walking in on a situation of such aggression. SO, THE JACK CRACK EMPLOYEES, PULLED DOWN THE SEPARATION DOOR . So, that day, NO FOOD FOR THE PEOPLE WHO ARE NOT THERE TO SEE OR JOIN IN ON THE DRAMA. I WILL POST , ABOUT THE OTHER 9 OR SO TIMES I WENT TO JACK IN THE BOX, AT ST.ROSE PKWY. AWFUL !!!! SOMETHING IS DEFINITELY GOING WRONG AT THIS STORE. POOR MANAGEMENT IS POOR MANAGEMENT... FIND SOME BETTER SOLUTIONS. WHEN I SAW WHAT I SAW, IF I WAS BOSS, EVERY EMPLOYEE THERE YELLING AT THE CUSTOMER, WOULD HAVE BEEN FIRED ON THE SPOT, WITH IMMEDIATE VACATION OF THE PROPERTY. When I came into this Jack in the Box the other day I told the girl that was taking my order please make sure my food is cooked as I'm standing there. I watched the Hispanic girl she did it all right. Then I observed a black young lady fixing orders the way she did it was totally unacceptable. The female as she waited for the Buns to get toasted she would take the meat out of the tray and slap it on the counter then she would put the condiments on the burger then when the Buns were toasted she put those down picked up the meat put it on the the Buns wrapped it and tossed it down the line. A lady was standing there waiting for her food as I walked out I told her to watch the young lady behind the counter as she was fixing her food due to the way the girl was fixing it. 100% unacceptable for the way that the black young lady was fixing the food. I got food poisoning back August of 2018 ate their food about an hour later I was throwing up all over in my vehicle. Be very cautious with this Jack in the Box they go through a lot of people and the ones that are working there should not be working there cuz they have no care for what...

Absolutely trash.

The grill was out so they could only serve "finger foods." I order tacos, egg rolls, their new sweet cream vanilla iced coffee and a strawberry shake. My mom said the tacos were alright. And she loves these damn tacos. My eggrolls were over cooked so they were really really brown on the outside (they probably were cooked once and warmed up in hot oil for me) shake was fine (no issues). Now I know what kind of coffee I ordered. I get to the window. The gentleman gets ready to hand me a large hot coffee. I tell him that isn't what I ordered. He tells me they don't have any iced coffee. I said someone should've told me that when I ordered. I ask for a refund of the coffee, which they did and left.

Not saying it's a bad jack in the box...I mean it's Jack in the box.. you get what you pay for.
