Regrettably, this establishment seems to have transitioned into offering subpar cuisine, coupled with the audacity to levy an additional $2 merely for the privilege of dining here. The quality has plummeted to the point where it's akin to consuming slop, with frequent errors in orders becoming the norm. Despite numerous returns, the ordeal of lodging complaints has become wearisome. While some meals may appear complimentary, in reality, patrons are essentially paying exorbitantly through the nose due to exceedingly tight gambling machines. Our visits here have become increasingly infrequent, and today may well mark the final straw. For instance, the Chicken Sandwich priced at $11.99 arrived bereft of any accompanying elements, resembling a parched, lackluster excuse for a meal. Similarly, the Asian Chicken Salad, priced at $12.99, consisted of scant portions with a meager scattering of chicken pieces, leaving one to ponder why such paltry offerings command such a price. The attendant's inability to provide a satisfactory explanation only compounded the disappointment, as the scant chicken pieces tasted unpalatable, bordering on repulsive. While the BLT intended for my son appeared visually acceptable, the reality was far from it. Even a dish as ostensibly straightforward as a BLT fell victim to inadequacies, with tough, unyielding chicken rendering the experience akin to attempting to consume a rubber ball. Ultimately, it's evident that the culinary creations emanating from this establishment are a testament to low-quality ingredients and lackluster preparation, emblematic of an apathetic culinary staff. Furthermore, the unsanitary condition of the serving vessels only serves to underscore the overall lack of attention to detail...

Unquestionably the best clam chowder we’ve ever had. Clam chowder is a go-to selection for us, wherever and whenever it’s available, and we believe the Vig deli kitchen makes the best. Packed with clams, flavorful chowder, and a reasonable amount of well-prepared potatoes.

It’s consistently good, as well - the 32 Degrees bar and Vig deli have been a favorite for the 7 years we’ve lived in Henderson and we almost always order Clam chowder.

The Vig deli BLT has generous amounts of bacon, and is also a great choice. The Cobb salad is primarily Romain lettuce, not a personal favorite, but has plenty of chicken and a generous amount of dressing.

To be fair, service in the deli could be better organized (they call numbers as orders are ready and sometimes it’s difficult to hear), and service is slow when they’re busy. However, the reason they’re busy is food is good and reasonably priced for Vegas.

The deli also has 6 or 7 ‘counter style’ seats with great view of race and sports book.

The menu at the adjacent 32 Degrees bar comes from the Vig deli, and wait staff pick up orders as they’re ready. Service here can also be slow at times. However, tables located farthest from the bar area have good air quality, plenty of TVs, and a good selection of programs.

Miguel who works in the kitchen at this deli is very unprofessional. I am a regular customer at this deli because I have a house here and I love the food. However one of the employees in the kitchen who cooks and calls the orders is very rude and unprofessional. His name is Miguel. He always has an attitude when he gives me or my family their food. Sometimes he will call my number and when I walk up and tell him he just called my number he will literally look away and stand there and act like he didn’t hear me. When that happened another employee had to come up and give me my food as just stood there and the employee looked at Miguel like “why are you just standing there”. Other times he walks by me when I’m eating on his break or when I’m getting my drink and he stares at me in my eyes the entire time giving me an uncomfortable feeling. I am going to report him and his conduct to The M Casino as well as the BBB. This isn’t a one time occurrence with him. I’m just there to enjoy my food and the atmosphere happily giving my money to the vig deli and I would hope to get better service. I don’t know if Miguel has an issue with ethnicity or what his issue is but he has been rude since the very first time he gave me my food back in October 2018.
