Pacific Ergonomics is awesome. I've had shoulder, neck and leg pain for around 10 years and have been to multiple doctors and physical therapists for it, with little relief. I decided to make an appointment with Pacific Ergonomics to see if I could get a new chair for my home office to help reduce my slouching, and I'm so glad that I did. I met with Andy who is absolutely FANTASTIC. He took time to really talk with me - understand what my pain issues were, help me understand how to address the ergonomic issues specific to my body type (I'm small and short, and have a tendency to slouch, which makes finding the right chair difficult), and fit me with the right chair, with custom-sizing and the particular features that I need for proper ergonomics for my unique issues. He was so helpful and knowledgeable, and no sales pressure at all. Bonus, he helped me order the chair in my favorite color with neat fabric too. And then, after I got the chair and discovered a manufacturer's issue, he took the time to understand it and then worked directly with the manufacturer to get it fixed for me in a timely manner. I was so appreciative of that.

The chair has made a difference. After sitting in the chair for work the past few weeks, and also applying ergonomic guidelines that Andy shared with me, I've noticed an improvement in my posture while working, and reduction in neck and shoulder pain. After 20+ years of sitting and working at a desk, and the back pain that often comes with it when you do it wrong, I reached out to Pacific Ergonomics to help outfit my home office in North County San Diego. I knew I needed a solution that got me standing at the desk. What I didn’t know was that I had the wrong chair and was even sitting in it incorrectly, which caused some problems. Annie was not only super helpful, but also patient with me because I had some pretty specific requirements for my setup, not to mention a ton of questions! She was a wealth of information and really helped guide me to the right combination of gear to address my ergonomic challenges. After meeting with her and going through some options like laptop risers, monitors, etc., I decided to get the L-shaped sit to stand desk in addition to the Cardinal chair, and some accessories like monitor arms and ergonomic mice. The delivery folks arrived right on time and installed everything in about an hour. Everything was exactly as expected. The chair is really comfortable and has a ton of support for my lower back. The desk is great, exactly what I needed.
