The store has nice import stuff at decent prices. My review is more for the manager. We were prepared to purchase several rugs and other items, but the manager came over for the third time and hovered over us, enough that we asked if they were closing early and trying to get us to leave. He said no, but then he didn't seem to notice that we wanted to discuss what we wanted without him standing there. I think he thought he was working us for a sale. The thing that made me decide to put everything we had picked out back was that an associate came over and correctly suggested that we might want time to think about our selections. The manager curtly told him in front of us, "Kevin, go finish your sandwich." At which point the associate went back and sat on a stool behind the counter like a scolded puppy. It's a cool little store, and we didn't have any issues being stalked while in the store AND my girlfriend was able to use the restroom without issue.

However... I bought a few little metal sculpture pieces for her garden as a surprise. I paid for them (including shipping) on either the Sat or Sun before labor day. He said they'd go out Tues or Weds after labor day. It's now a week after that and I emailed and called multiple times over the last two days. He finally got back to me and said the items shipped yesterday. Which means he didn't ship them until after I called and asked about them. That's just poor business. I responded and said he at least should have paid for expedited / overnight shipping.

BEWAR*E of buying anything "mechanical" from this store. My nephew spent nearly all of his money on a switchblade knife while we were vacationing in Colorado. The knifes"s mechanism broke on day 7 as we were traveling home. I reached out immediately to the store and was told store policy was "no refunds". However, I was told they would see what they could do and get back to me. I have followed up by phone and email several times without any response. It's very sad that my nephew had to learn a hard lesson about buying overly priced junk made in China from a tourist shop that could care less about your business because they will have a hundred more people come in and buy more poorly made junk.
