Rife's Distribution Center — Local services in Eugene

I've been treated very well by Rife's. We bought a couch there 2 years ago. Last week we needed a dining table, and the wife had me drive her to Salem and Portland to shop. We visited about 7 stores and could not find anything in a light colored wood. The next day we went to Rife's, and found a table there. It was delivered and we (she - lol) decided it was still too dark for our dining room. Rife's cheerfully allowed me to return it, and we found another that suited us better. I have purchased most of my furniture through Rife's over the years. I have not had an issue until now. Our Ashley chair needed a new recliner part after it failed while still under warranty. I contacted Marilyn who has given me the run around for over a month now. I have been transferred to the Coos Bay store who apologized but also never called me back as promised. I have been awaiting this part for since February. I have made several calls and sent unanswered emails. As it has said, their salespeople are not pushy! No need to be, their selection is the best, and you don't have to wait 2 months to get your furniture like at other furniture stores!
