Silly Chile — Local services in Eureka Springs

I have been coming to Silly Chile for about 7 years. It was one of the main reasons to visit ES. I was shocked to see the poor inventory and rudeness of the staff upon my visit yesterday. Product was spread out to cover empty space where they could and there were actually empty shelves. There were 2 ladies working. One barely knew anything about the products and the other was extremely rude and arrogant. It feels like Silly Chile may not be around much longer. They have lost my business and I’m sure many more will stop visiting if what I experienced...

Not the same store I’ve been going to for as long as I can remember. Unfriendly, over priced and the notice on the door to those with medical disabilities and unable to wear a mask was just the last straw. My Vietnam vet husband not welcomed there- you have forever lost our business. Enjoy your freedom him and other vets have purchased for you to discriminate against people like him. Great place, the staff are very knowledgable and helpful. Free samples, but they could use more due to the selection/choices that are available. The jams are amazing and so are the staff’s recommendations. They also support the local make, and pet foundation.
