have never even used them have just heard really good things about them from a friend of mine and I'm not trying to give the big chain stores anymore my money considering what's going on I want the mom and pops to thrive so I'll be there Monday

So today I actually use the service and I can't say a rave more about it without gawking the service was excellent the explanation of how things work was excellent her customer service was excellent her friendliness excellent cleanliness excellent just and I love my post office people cuz I use it often but I've had issues with things coming up missing not on my end but on the end when it gets to where it's going and she put my mind at ease and it was affordable I mean I I can't I can't really give anything more because they only give five stars if I could add stars I would I think I will but it was one of the better experiences I've ever had at a shipping and packing company I can't say I've had one like it before very easy going easy conversation easy explanations and easy on the eyes phenomenal service like and it's a mom and pop too I don't mean to call people names but you're dumb if you do not use this place on the regular like I would never walk into a FedEx or UPS store knowing that this place is here never I even pay extra just because it's local business good business and good people running the business I will say you're dumb if you don't go there...

Ridiculous. They would not allow me to pick up my package because the address on my license, which is a PO Box, didn't match my shipping address. I had the tag the UPS driver left on my door but not the tracking number or "proof" I lived at the shipping address since I rushed there from work before they closed at 5pm! So now I have to wait for them to re-deliver my package in 1 to 3 business days!! I have requested that my packages NEVER be sent there again for pick up and I will never do...

Eureka Pack & Ship made things so convenient! I was able to drop off client documents for UPS without having to drive across town. I was greeted with a friendly smile and received quick, efficient service. I really appreciate the emailed receipt option, it makes it so much easier to keep track of important packages and ensure they arrive safely at their destination....
