I've never been so disrespected and embarrassed in my life. The manager of Michael's had one of her cashiers chase me down in the store, she grabbed my arm with one of her hands and with her other she forcefully pulled the basket from me. When I asked her what her problem was she just started telling me to get out that I've been told before. Well let me you that IVE NEVER BEEN TOLD TO LEAVE THAT STORE! when I tried to ask her what she was talking about she refused to tell me until she finally said that I had been caught stealing. Again a lie, that never happened. Nobody would talk to me or see me, all the managers were all of a sudden gone and when I refused to leave until I was given an explanation I was threatened with police. I waited but they never came. I don't know what they're issues are but this can't be legal can it? If I had it my way this whole crew from that shift would be fired. The ones who falsely accused and the rest for not speaking the truth. I wish I could keep everyone from spending their money there but I...

I had a horrible experience with Angie doing a UPS drop off. Angie “how much does it weigh” me “it’s under 35 pounds.. the return label says 45lbs tho.” I flipped the box around to show her the original label and how it said 35lbs.. she then said rudely “I need a label I can scan” I flip the box back around she says “it says it’s 45 lbs I need to see if we can take it, we have a weight limit” I then go to double check my label and it says this was one of the access points I could take it to. I go up to her as she’s reading a huge pamphlet and inform her that it says I can take it here. She says with much attitude “I understand can you let me do my job there’s a weight limit” this was new information and she acted like I had repeated it to her 1000’s times. She came back and said “our limit is 48lbs so I’M going to allow it… it’s not fair you ups costumers treat me so rudely” i then calmly said “I believe you’re the one acting rude” I can’t believe she works in...
