My kids love Subway. We chose to go to this one for the first time (by the dollar store) yesterday. After waiting in line for our turn, the younger guy working was super rude, never greeted us, and simply said with a scowl on his face, “What do you want.” He seemed miserable and like he didn’t want any of us to be there. The two ladies were also uninviting, although the lady at the check stand tried to give me a smile and tried to be kind eventually. We weren’t bad customers or anything, my kids were well behaved and were trying to order kindly (although I had to remind them to speak up so the worker’s could hear). I think as a customer, we would hopefully be greeted with a little kindness for coming and purchasing a sandwich from your business, but after being met with such rude and unwelcoming attitudes from staff, I think I would rather take my business elsewhere in the future. With the rising cost of everything, the money we earn and have to spend for a special moment out as a family, I would prefer not to be treated like a horrible inconvenience and irritation. Subway, please don’t treat your customers as the bane of your existence. It is not a crazy thing to ask for some basic customer service, like kindness. My guess is the staff are not treated well (by new management), but it is still not an excuse to be terrible to customers.    Read moreLittle petite girl behind the counter is very rude and lacked customer service satisfaction. Funny thing is this is the second time. First time I came she was rude when doors were locked and store was supposed to be open already and looked at me as an inconvenience I let that slide being that maybe she was having a bad morning and then her attitude just got worse as I was trying to read the list of what they were out of so I can know what not to say and she made it very clear in her demeanor I was obviously inconveniencing her. I ended up telling her it's ok thank you and walked out. So now I come back a week later and still same attitude mannnnnn. I will not be coming back she has ruined the experience for me. I'm better off making my own sandwich at home. The girl told me by tomorrow I’d get a refund which was not the case. Today at 3:15 I visited the location and asked for a refund because the charges were never dropped and the man who was there said he had the power to refund but he wasn’t going to do that for me because he didn’t have proof even though the female employee who has been trying to help me said yeah your order never went through and I have my receipts. I come here ALL the time and it’s a bad business model when you’re not willing to give me my money back $26 versus the hundred and hundreds I spend every year.
