Terrible terrible terrible!!! On four (4) different visits over a period of about two (2) years!!!!

Greedy greedy greedy. They will find a way to scam you out of your money. For instance, instead of giving me a cup to pour my own coffee in the lobby, HE will scam you with double espresso--- AND THEN water it down! Water coffee is what they serve, at a charge of $2.45/regular size cup---more expensive than STARBUCKS! For coffee water?!

The third visit (week and a half ago), after hours, only drive-through open. I knocked on the window with my ring; HE heard me, but IGNORED ME!??! Twice!! Incredible!!

Then, fourth time, HE (Dragon) smiles and bows obsequiously, but plots plans schemes scams you out of money (EVERY TIME!). Fakir. Terrible terrible terrible attitude. Lose business. My Friends have been advised!!

Obstructive Chinese...

“Happy” isn’t the word I’d use to describe the service here.

We were ordering boba tea, the tea was alright, but the boba was rock hard.

The lady was rude, in a rush, to the extent that we couldn’t even get a word in edgewise to continue our order beyond the tea, she just shut the window on us.

We then received our tea, she went on to say “Don’t order boba again until after 10:30am” like we were a significant inconvenience for trying to be customers & support a local business.

Mind you it’s 10:20am when we ordered. And she didn’t say a thing about it when we ordered.

She chose to be rude, curt, rushed, & unwelcoming, thus, I felt the need to write this review to warn others what to expect when...

I wasn't too impressed with this business. Their hours are very limited. Thai milk tea is not served at opening 6:00am, it's served at 8am, and if you want to add tapioca to it( boba pearls) you have to wait until they serve it at 10am, or 12pm on the weekend. Forget about entering the building to look at their donuts if you go at opening, they don't allow walk-ins until 7am. If you are hoping to stop by for dinner, you better get there before 4:00pm. If I remember correctly food stops being served at 4:30.

Personally I didn't like the flavor of their thai tea. It is definitely a powdered drink, and not a brewed tea ☕. I purchased 6 donuts for $13 .00 with the tip it was...
