iExperts Repair — Local services in Eureka

I had my macbook screen replaced this summer from Iexperts. I saw positive reviews and thought this would be a good place to have my screen fixed. Long story short, after minimal use of my laptop I found a small thin line from a dead pixel on the screen. I called and iexperts told me to bring it in since it was still under warranty. When the tech opened the screen, he told me they could not replace it because it was supposedly caused by physical damage. When asking more questions further I started to catch he was lying to me. When I brought up and showed research that it was a manfucturs defect the tech continued to argue with me saying "the place we got it from does not cover that so we cannot replace it". I am livid right now at this experience. I paid over 700 dollars to have my screen replaced and they will not honor their warranty. Do not go...

Prepaid $150 to fix my glass front and back. Told them it was most likely the older model and I wanted to pay in full. Called with the model number and they said it would be $30 more. Brought phone in after I got the call that the parts where in (I live 42 miles away). Was told that they only had the front and it would take 1 hour 30min when I dropped it off at 11:30am. Checked back with them at 2 pm the adhesive was still setting. Called them at 4:30pm adhesive again. Sent my son to pick it up when they called around 5:15pm. When it got back to me the back was more shattered and the screen constantly glitches out and the back was not put on properly so stuff...

Been a customer here since my first iPhone went out of warranty. The repairs are very affordable compared to replacing the phone or paying the deductible through my carriers claims process to replace/repair it. They were very flexible with drop off time and were able to have it ready in about an hour. I forgot to have the battery checked because it was barely holding a charge anymore, they checked it for me and were able to offer me a stellar deal for a 2nd repair during the same visit. I always leave feeling secure in their work and appreciative of the hospitality and professionalism no matter which location in humboldt I go to. Good job...
