I seldom shop anymore. When I do, I look for bargains, so I went to Ross. I had an hour to get to work 10 min away. I found something I liked, tried it on and got in line with a half hour to get to work. There were 6-8 people ahead of me and 2 cashiers. At 10 min till I was due at work, 20 minutes after I got in line to check out, I was 3rd in line. I handed my unpurchased merchandise to the loss prevention dude at the door on my way out. AGAIN! TOTAL WASTE OF TIME.!! This is the 3rd time I have had to leave before I could get to the check out counter. I'm not going back. 3 times was enough. I felt a lil ignored when I had to say "Excuse Me" 3 times at the fitting rooms by a worker who was wearing her Bluetooth in her ear, having a conversation with whoever was on the other end of the line, while she glared at someone behind me, but I didn't take it personal cause she switched back into her customer service face, as soon as she noticed me...Now that's skill.
Oh...& The guy who rang me up with the 1 dangle earring in his left ear treated me with patience, kindness & didn't make me feel weird when he rang up my new...
