Kohl's — Local services in Eureka

Well until tonight this was one of my favorite Kohls, but both mine and my husband's wedding rings have fallen apart(mine for the 2nd time) The 1st time wasnt a problem at all . they gave me a new one No questions asked ,But tonight the cashier decided that she wanted to clean up early and go home I guess ,it felt as if we were in her way... she was no help .Although we went in the night before and she was great but she had a couple more hours to go of her shift... we left with nothing solved all because they were worried about leaving at 9:00 All the Jewelry was cleaned up at 8:30 though .And all the sudden she couldn't find our receipts etc. So I guess I wear ring with missing stones and let everybody know it's from kohls .Cause I really don't think I'm going to be coming back Every jewel fell out of my husband's ring Pretty sad considering we payed $500 .I don't know what happened at kohls but things have gone downhill they used to have really nice people that like to...

Store is usually clean and organized. My lical store is lacking in variety and slow in restocking. They don't always have what they have advertised on sale.

Their marketing approach to customers is agressive. I constantly receive mailers, emails, ads, offers for special deals and discounts. It's a little too much in your face for me.

If you pay attention you can pick up some good deals on their clearance and sales racks. I find many items not on sale to be on the pricey side for the quality. An $85 pair of shoes or $40 pair of sandles should not start breaking down a month after purchase. Lots of their merchandise is made of poor quality materials or poor workmanship.

Their return policy is fair and reasonable.

My local store is always too hot. After shopping around for 10-20 minutes I become overheated and sluggish. Can't wait to get outside and cool off. Always want to take a nap after I...

Just to let you know I'm a guy so I can't give this 5 stars I hate clothes shopping, but I did buy myself a pair of pants today and a new shirt! It was an okay experience I did find some good prices and the staff were very helpful. I actually asked the nice lady who is working at the help counter near the entrance to the mall which shirt she thought might be better for the interview which I'm shopping for tomorrow would look better the black one or the white one. She informed me the black one look more neutral and I thanked her for her opinion and left a happy camper having only been in there 10 minutes, which is about the limit of my clothes shopping tolerance, thank you Kohl's, actually now that I am thinking about it, I'll change that rating to 5 stars because they deserve the extra star just for putting up with me, just...
