I went in there and talked to the overweight gentleman and offered to switch my service to cricket from Metro PCS and when I showed him I have an UNLIMITED plan at Metro and he says no it's not unlimited.. I literally showed this joke of a salesman in his face that it was unlimited at $30 a month and he still argued with me! He says no and he's trying to pick apart how throttling has to do with it and i don't get 5g because I'm throttled down to LTE .. he is 100% incorrect. Very fast talker and white rude .. he tried to pull what he would on the average person that doesn't understand the difference between unlimited 5G as I have.. the reason for Eaustis dropping down to LTE is because the 5 G coverage is terrible here .. I use way over 5 gigs of 5g and it doesn't throttle down as he tries to make people believe.. this guy is untrustworthy. I will never go to that...

Amaris is absolutely amazing! She knows exactly what she is doing and even if she didn't know an answer to a question, she reached out to find out on the spot. She took her time with us, never made us feel rushed, never made anything over complicated and truly went above and beyond for us. I wasn't in the best mindset as a sudden loss of my mother, Amaris took her time, was truly kind and knowledgeable about her job. I recommend not stopping here. I stopped by today to cancel my hot spot, and the guy said I should call 611. I didn't want to do that cause it puts you on hold for a long time. He said it doesn't do that. Well, I've been on hold now for almost 15 minutes because he couldn't be bothered to help me. He had one customer he was helping, and I never said anything to him. I wasn't in a hurry And, I was just disconnected. Thanks for nothing...
