I would like to commend the employee named Asha on her very professional service and commitment to excellent customer service today, 3 February 2025 at the Evans, GA FedEx Kinko facility. I was among many customers today who witnessed a very arrogant, condescending, confrontational, rude and vile individual , a very angry, bigoted middle aged man totally mistreat this young lady as she went out of her way to ensure this customer’s needs were addressed in a very professional manner. The customer was very rude and condescending to the point where it was clear he had such blatant disregard for her as a person. She kindly asked for his drivers license and he apparently didn’t want her to touch it. He shouted out his address so loud and Asha remained professional, she didn’t raise her voice at all or even reply back although he was clearly baiting her with his nasty attitude. She politely explained that the address didn’t match what was in the system etc and she just needed to verify the correct address.. the customer got even louder, slammed his license on the counter and yelled at her. He said.” Here can you even read”? Asha replied so politely and stayed professional through several more minutes of his belittling rants. I’ve served over thirty years in the military and I was so proud of the way Asha conducted herself. She clearly could’ve returned the same nasty vile comments to those customer but she stayed professional. I pray there is surveillance footage of this incident today and that this individual is never permitted back in this facility ever again. The incident was so tragic and very indicative that he had no respect for anyone other than himself. He was so very nasty, rude, belittling and disgusting that I was so embarrassed for her as a customer but so proud of the professional manner in which she handled the incident. Asha clearly deserves corporate recognition for her distinguished service for maintaining a professional environment for a very hostile situation. As a retired soldier and veteran I’ve never been so disappointed to see how this man treated this lady with such disrespect. Please share my sentiments with her supervisor and HR as she clearly exemplifies the best of both her professional and personal integrity, conduct and standards of decorum and decency. Read more2023-08: After having issues at local drop off locations with packages I was shipping via FedEx not being picked up when advertised (sometimes my package wouldn't be picked up for days), I decided to take a package to this store. I went in on a weekday and it was not busy, with only one customer inside. There were three employees working. Not one of them greeted me. The customer inside had to go out to his car for something and even before he returned, not one of the employees even acknowledged I was standing there. The other customer came back in and the young lady helping him came back to the counter to finish getting him. I stood there almost 5 minutes before a young man finally walked up to the counter to help me. He didn't greet me, just said, "You shipping that? Put it on the scale." He scanned it and asked me what was in my package. As I was telling him, he interrupted me and said, "Okay, here." Then he handed me the receipt and walked off. That was it. No greeting/acknowledgement of my coming in. No "We'll be with you in a moment. No asking if I needed assistance with anything else. And an interaction with one employee that was rude by interrupting me and barely saying anything while he "helped" me. Not impressed. I have to use FedEx on occasion but with "convenient" drop off locations not picking up packages as advertised on FedEx's own website, and store employees being rude and dismissive, I'm going to have to consider using other shipping options if I have a few more negative...

The staff assured me that all of the paperwork I had provided was correct and would get my packages through customs without issue. While I had done everything correctly, they had failed to properly fill out their commercial invoice, causing my packages to be severely delayed by customs. I was left to fix the problems they had caused for nearly a week before I received my packages (they were almost returned to the United States because of the lengthy delay).
More generally, I feel that there is an air of general incompetence and lack of urgency at this location. They are routinely understaffed, leading to interactions in which an employee seems to just "yes" you to death no matter what you ask or say—couple that with major headaches like the one they caused me, and you begin to wonder if using FedEx is even worth it.
You would be better served either by using DHL or going to a different FedEx location.
