Shopping here is for the most part 95% seamless. I did have an issue. However, those who work here have come every time with a general sense of perception to come forth with a genuine apology and it wasn't even necessary. Online ordering for iPhone 13 at BestBuy was a horrible experience. Offers were good but their system had issues and though my phone came one day after Release Date - I went to the store with a trade in and their system was not allowing to go ahead of the trade in screen. Poor IT support I would say. I went in today and had to cancel my online order and setup the order all over again in store. What a waste of time !!! They charge us 45$ for restocking fee if we return the item after buying it.

I wouldn't call this a shopping mall. It's a strip mall connecting a Target and a Jewel. Lots of parking here. Could use a few more out buildings to balance out those parking lots.
