I've been coming here for years to use the outdoor driving range, but I've now gone a couple times to the indoor simulator room they now have as well (they are calling it "The Bunker"). I just wanted to leave this review to differentiate this place from the other simulators available in the area. Ā Ā Ā Read moreThe Skokie Sports complex, while boasting a variety of athletic facilities, unfortunately falls short in some key areas. The driving range, which could be a highlight for golf enthusiasts, is often found in a state of disrepair. The equipment is outdated, with many of the tees and mats showing significant wear and tear, making it difficult for visitors to practice their swings effectively. Moreover, the customer service at Skokie Sports has been a point of contention for many patrons. Numerous visitors have reported encounters with rude and unhelpful staff, detracting from what should be an enjoyable experience. These negative interactions can leave a lasting impression, discouraging people from returning or recommending the complex to others. Addressing these issues could greatly enhance the overall experience at Skokie Sports. With some investment in maintaining and upgrading the facilities, as well as training staff to provide better customer service, the complex could become a more welcoming...
