Went to Jared Jewelers last week, after going to the VA, and after looking at some websites of the different jewelry stores around town. Sure, I Found something Absolutely Georgios at all the sites, and Jewelers, however, Jared had the item that I thought my wife would really love.
No problem, I put in for their Credit Card, and like less than 10 seconds, gave me my credit line, which was more than I needed. I did select a 2 Karat Diamond ring for her, as it was pretty massive, and I think it may have scared her a bit! LOL
So, I placed the order, as it was out of stock, so, no problem, they ordered it, and resized it before we went back yesterday to look at it. The secret is, I did not let her know that I had already been there looking around, and had already made a purchase.
Taylor texted me when it was in, and then I made an excuse to get the wife out of the house with out telling her where we were going.
I let the wife look around the store at all the selections, and let her pick what she wanted, and she picked the first thing that I did, however, I did buy the bigger ring with the most diamonds.
No problem, as I should have just picked the first thing I was looking at, however, Taylor said we have a 30 day money back or exchange policy, as they truly want you happy with your purchase.
That was the second item I had looked at. The first item I looked at was a 1.5 Karat Diamond Trio Ring, a combination of Wedding Band and Engagement Ring, and she picked out the exact same one I did at first. Wow, pretty amazing how that works, right?
So, Taylor just refunded that first ring, and now we go back Friday after they set the Diamond we selected, and resize it.
Taylor is the manager there at Jared Jewelers, and he will take Awesome Care of you, and there was never any pressure to buy more, or upgrades, or what ever. Taylor just listened, and pointed me/us in the proper direction.
He has been at this store since the Opening Day, so, you know he is doing something right. Go on over and ask for Taylor, and take a look around, and I am sure, you will leave there with some Absolutely Beautiful Jewelry of your choice with no pressure tactics what so ever...

Read moreWent and took my fiance there to pick out an engagement ring. The 2 ladies and 1 gentleman that was there on March 29,2023 was very helpful and great to do business with. Went to pick up the ring on Monday April 3,2023, like the sales people told me it would be ready. When I went in Monday the 3rd, there was a different gentleman in there named Jacob. You could tell by the way he held his nose up high, I was judged the minute I walked in. I told him I was there to pick up my ring and he asked " Did anyone call you?" I said no, you've had my ring for over a half a week. He then proceeded to the lab to ask one of the experianced people who sets the stones, and came out making a statement, " It will be done tomorrow, will that be fine?" I responded with a "No, I bought the ring over 5 days ago and live 30 minutes away." He offered to compensate us with a free appraisal, which was awesome, until Jacob called to inform me that the ring was finished at 12:25 P.M. on April 4, 2023 to let me know the ring was done, and before I could respond he hung up on me. Great people working there, let me tell you. Since, he can't seem to be bothered by people who don't look like they make a lot of money. Now the free appraisal isn't near enough, for having to deal with complete jerks, inside a jewelry store. Spent almost $8,000.00 in there and will never go back. Horrible service from Jacob.
Let me first start this off by saying I am sorry to Jacob, I had my names mixed up. Jacob is a GREAT salesman and I would do business with him everytime. Went back to Jared's to pick up my ring, after not having it on time. When my fiance and I got there, we was greeted with smiling faces. Here is the kicker, they didn't know it was me and treated me as a new customer. Actually had a terrific experience, and would reccomend this establishment to anyone who is looking to get married or just want to show their loved ones how much they mean. It was just a combination of them having a bad day and myself having a bad day. My boyfriend purchased 2 beautiful rings for me on Christmas, one engagement band to be worn with a stackable and the other a crisscrossing stackable. Both were bought with a lifetime service plan. We had to come in at least 3 separate times for the crisscrossing ring because the stones kept falling out. My boyfriend then purchased the 3rd ring to complete my set in July for my birthday (another stackable same as) I had them back in in just 2 short months over the stones falling out. My boyfriend and I were told by a Jarod's employee that the cause was likely that it had been sized to a 9 which thinned it out and caused them to fall out, he also told us that the stackable may not be a good choice as they had been having this issue and that it be best to just order all three rings made to size and that I could just wear my rings until the new ones arrived in November. Sitting on the sofa watching a show with my son when I Went to run my fingers through my hair my ring had snagged it and a piece if the stackable had broken off!!!!! When we got to the store we were assured everything was covered and fine and we were clear to pick up our new made to size rings but after speaking to the salesman and him telling us this issue will more than likely only continue with these rings we decided to just pick something else out as he had suggested but he just needed to clear it with his bosses... few days later we get a phone call from the Jarod's employee stating that we were to come pick up our current (broken) jewelry and they were Just going to refund our service plan because it was caused by excessive wear and tear and they were not going to fix the jewelry either.
