When they made my taro shake, my man boldfaced filled the cup with the shake first and then added the bubbles afterwards, letting it sit at the top of the cup, which is blasphemous and on par with spitting at the Bubble Tea Gods' face. In addition, the mix used for the taro was generic and too diluted and the bubbles were not cooked in any sugar so they just tasted like unseasoned tapioca. Since this business serves a population that mostly hasn't been exposed to too many bubble teas and they don't have competition, they can probably get away it. But I was so sad. They have an great variety of flavors, almost any kind you'd want to drink. Also, their covid regulations are exactly what you want to see in any business. They have a full plastic/glass screen over their door and hand sanitizer available for before and after you use your card. If every business and our government took some tips from here , I doubt we'd be in this mess that...
Read moreThis was our first visit and the tea was good but the experience was not good. 1) they made customers wait in the snow. 2) my cup smelled like a chainsmoker’s teeth. Either the cup had been sitting in a heavily smoked area or it had been handled by someone who had smoked but forgot to wash their hands. I’ll probably never know because they don’t permit their kind, supportive customers inside the building. I’m hoping the owners either fix these problems or get better...
