Since they have changed management the new staff is not nearly as accommodating or friendly. I was a “ regular” customer in Kirklands Evansville for years but sadly I’m taking my business elsewhere where the staff seem to appreciate their customers. I sure miss the gals that used to run this store… the new staff could have learned a lot from them as far as customer service goes. When in to purchase, a decent size purchase, asked if it would take long to get end table from back that I purchased because I didn't have much time. After asking looked at manager (Shelby) to see her response and she rolled her eyes, made a unkind face and didn't say anything. Other 2 girls working that were not managers were polite. I shop alot at this store but in future if that is the customer service provided by management I can find my home decor elsewhere!!!
