The 5-Year Warranty on my TV from Quest4 was a lifesaver! When the picture on my 75" Sony suddenly developed green lines after a power outage, the inexpensive 5-year warranty (something I don't usually purchase) I got when I bought the TV, turned what could have become an expensive nightmare, into just a minor inconvenience. Mike from Quest4 was able to diagnose over the phone, kept me updated throughout the process of getting a replacement part, and even came out to my house on a SATURDAY to swap out the part. We had a very positive experience with Quest4 Electronics. The in-store service experience with Nathan to order the TV and the scheduling set up was easy. The day before they called to verify the appointment time and ensure we had the devices that we needed. The technician Eric who came and did the installation and set up was great also.
