Spencer's — Local services in Evansville

Went in the store around 2 ish 3 today and the employees seemed to be more interested in their phones than helping customers. We were in that store for over an hour (it’s a small store) waiting for someone to help us because we needed to get something from up high. I usually have a very good experience in the store and normally would not draw attention to something like this but when I see employees leaving other employees to do everything or see employees not doing things for customers that they are the only ones allowed to do those things I have to say something to get someone’s attention for the future of the store. The absolute worst customer service! We went in the store the last couple days. Same lady folding shirts when we walked in the first day was behind the counter the second day.
