Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Evansville

I don’t know what’s going on with this Chick-fil-A, but it’s like a whole bunch of kids working here who don’t follow the directions that they print out themselves. Every time I come, something is missing. They don’t put the sauce in the bag, even when it’s clearly listed on the receipt. They don’t make the food the way I requested. They’re too busy socializing with their friends while they’re supposed to be working. It’s frustrating because Chick-fil-A is known for good service, but this location just doesn’t deliver. If I’m paying for a meal, I expect it to be right without having to double-check every little thing before I leave. Management needs to step in and make sure the employees are actually focused on their jobs instead of just hanging out. Do better! I never come back. There was a time when I would get the flu, and the one food I’d desire most was chick fil a Soup. It had the most delicious thick noodles, large pieces of chicken, carrots and a really rich, thick, hearty broth, it somehow made me feel better.

What happen? The last few times I’ve purchased soup from there has been so disappointing. The broth is thin, the chicken is sparse and these tiny portions of squiggly noodles in a large bowl is just unbelievable. Did someone take over the chick fil a in our town?

They are seriously doing a disservice to the name of Chick fil a and the original creator of such a Blessed franchise. It’s not worth the money nor the trip there anymore. When you’re not feeling too great, like today, it use to be the perfect comfort food.

I've done it. Single handidly cracked the code. I've been tracking this species of caucus-whitus for quite some time now. Blending in if you will. I lost the scent amongst the chaos at a location they refer to as STAR-BUCKS. I picked the scent back up at a chicken establishment.
