KN BARBER — Local services in Everett

I am upset with this place for multiple reasons. The first is obviously because I did not get the haircut that I asked for. Granted, as a guy, I went in there long over due for a haircut having almost a foot long of hair. I simply (and repeatedly) asked to just cut about half my hairs length so that It wouldn't be to much of a transition for me. Well when all was done I had about 2 1/2 inches on the top and approximately a half inch all the way around. My complaint though isn't regarding the quality of the work, since it appears even enough, despite the outcome disregarding my original request. My main concern is that after she had chopped off nearly twice the amount of hair requested she then had the audacity to overcharge me for the cut. The price discussed prior to the service and the price clearly displayed was $15 but she said that mine cost more because I "had more hair" than the normal customer. I did not receive any additional services such as a close shave or a shampoo. She charged me $20 staying firm that my hair required an increase of price because there was more of it. I briefly tried to argue consumer laws that states that the price listed, discussed, and clearly marked in bold print on the front door was the price that I was entitled to pay but due to an obvious language barrier I could not get my point across. I feel victim to a bait and switch situation. This is what I know to be illegal and simply wrong. If the owner reads this please check the transactions on 9/15/13 and ask the lady working there about the $20 charge that appears early that after noon because if she is not trained right on this then she will ultimately get your business in a lot of trouble. P.S. unfortunately I have to give at least one star. This is more than what is deserved for an establishment that practices...

I have been to this location several times in which I have had an excellent relationship with one of the employees there, I don't know his name but he is a short one who is very friendly. Instead, the other two are an old man and a younger one, thin and tall. their service the customer service is terrible I don't like how they treat customers especially new customers because those who are like that treat them much better than new customers and apart from it they are jokes in very bad taste they think that one does not speak English which one understands everything especially the old man speaks his language I don't know if he is Vietnamese or not making lution to new clients who don't decide to cut their hair with him you are going to be local I recommend that the shortest employee cut your hair because the other two are fatal they cut it off as they...

First time customer! I decided to try out KN based on my friend’s recommendation. It was an awesome experience! I have a usual barber so I went out on a limb with KN. I explained what I wanted, showed pictures, and asked him if he had any questions. Communication is so important and it goes both ways. KN understands this so be sure to speak up and be brave with your thoughts.

Kim, my barber, paid close after to detail and went over the haircut three times before we wrapped it up. He got all the baby hairs and even let me sample the product!! To top it all off, the price last are unbeatable for the quality. Great value, great atmosphere!
