I was initially excited to try Happy Lemon closer to home but this didn’t meet my expectations due to Raw bubble waffles. Ordered a drink and half matcha half Oreo bubble waffle. The drink was good, however the waffle ruined my appetite. The matcha half of the waffle was mostly RAW batter inside. Raw batter was gushing out of the waffle as I held it but I didn’t realize. That half of it was tucked into the waffle pocket so it almost look like there was an attempt to hide it? I had no idea until I got home and had to throw it out. I rate this happy lemon a 5 star cause my bubble waffle and brown sugar milk tea was so delicious and there was a girl that was doing their work and that’s the only people that was there and they definitely deserve more people to come. I don’t know why there is not a lot of people coming to Happy Lemon and it’s the best Hapoy Lemon...
