I hate to rate this place so low because this used to be our favorite teriyaki place. However, today will be the last time we come here. My kids like to come here for the free miso soup while we wait. Today as I noticed there was none I asked the lady in front if their was any only to have her barely acknowledge me while she watched SOAP operas on her phone. My bf ordered, and after he paid she argued with him about his $10 change that she neglected to give him. We sat down as usual only to have our food packaged to go and brought out to us in a stack which she immediately dropped a box. As we sat and ate from our to go plates we watched several customers getting frustrated with her dismissive and rude behavior. We even overheard one say she was rude unlike the old owners. As we kept eating I noticed the woman looking over at us with scowls. As we left there was not the usual "Thank you" and a smile, but dirty looks. It is clear they don't want customers. It was my first time in there she was so kind and cute to the man in front of me I was excited to make this my new favorite teriyaki place and instead she was so rude I will never ever come back. I go to this Fred Meyer daily and this would have been an easy pick up for me but now I would rather go 10 miles further than ever come here. I ordered vegetable fried rice and there was a misunderstanding she gave me vegetables and two sides of white rice for $10 so I called her she would not let me talk she just kept cutting me off when I came in I said I felt like I got treated poorly and try to explain it in a cam kind Manner and she said she didn't want to talk to me I was annoying and I needed to leave in front of customers I was dumbfounded at how I just got treated and I will never...
