So I will not be going back to this location anytime soon! Let's stay with their customer service, it's not there! 2 people working, 1 customer being helped when myself, Husbsnd and son went in to get cones. We were not greeted by either employee and waited 5 min. to be helped. the girl said nothing just stood there looking at me like I'm supposed to read her mind or something?! I asked her if she was ready, it was super weird and extremely awkward! neither employee ever said a word other then the total, or was a very strange experience. Send thing, I'm pretty sure not all the I've cream was as cold as it should be, quite a few looked very soft and melted. If I was a secret shopper, wow! Greeted ✔️ Very dirty floor/establishment Chairs up on tables - clearly a sign not to stay to eat, so you ice cream doesn't melt on you on a hot day! No public restrooms in an establishment for the public (which I've used before since it's been shut down, so dependant on worker.. clearly) I left and came back even after using the restroom elsewhere and I was disappointed at best. I ordered a large shake for $9 and some change out the door. What I got was a large $9 chocolate milk. She made it a med size, then tried to correct it with milk in the blender to top off my shake with. Would greatly recommend getting your ice cream...

Hit or miss at this location. The generosity of the scoop certainly seems to depend on which person is working the counter. The last time I went here the worker had all the chairs set up on the tables and discouraged us from sitting down because it was 45 minutes before closing hours. They also gave me the wrong birthday cake for my kids’ birthday (luckily I noticed and made sure it was corrected).
