Teriyaki Madness — Restaurant in Evesham Township

Have eaten at this location numerous times and generally it's good for the most part. However, I ordered take-out for dinner today and was not impressed with the food quality and packaging of the food items. Both the egg roll and chicken pot stickers were burnt and dried out. In addition, the pot stickers were put in a bag (warm) as opposed to a container (which was always how they were packaged previously), so they stuck to the paper bag and were impossible to peel them off without paper attached to them. The Chicken Teriyaki bowl (the chicken breast) was the best part of the meal, but there was an overabundance of cabbage and only (2) small flowerettes of broccoli, that were very undercooked. Not what I would refer to as a mix of vegetables. It was not a busy time (4:00pm) when I placed the order, but when I went to pick up based on their P/U time, the order had not even been started based on the look of surprise when I indicated I was picking up, so I waited patiently for the order to be cooked now. Ive ordered from here 4 times. 3/4 times there were quality issues with my food, from old hard rice, to burnt egg roles, and being charged for extra pritien i didnt get. They got it right once. I feel like its my own fault bcuz i chose to keep ordering because the food tastes good, and i guess im kinda hoping they get it together. This last time was the burnt egg roles time. It was doorDashed so i know there was nothing they could do, but i wanted the manager to know what happened so they may be able to improve. I was really skeptical coming here due to the previous reviews. I’m glad I tried it out. I’m from the Seattle area and moved out here several years ago. I have been missing this kind of teriyaki place and there’s nothing out here like it, until now! I’m glad I didn’t discover this place a year ago because those reviews were really bad. What I saw when I went in was a couple guys in the back working and a really nice lady at the register. There were two groups eating in there and seemed like they were enjoying their food. Place looked clean. The wait time for my food wasn’t that long and was still warm when I brought it home.
