Five Guys — Restaurant in Ewing Township

I do not usually do this but I call on Christmas Eve day, the lady on the phone is conversing with everyone in the background but me, was trying to rush to get me off the phone, I ask her to repeat the order because I knew she did not have it correct, and then had an attitude, then when I informed her that she didn't have it correct she became more upset. I have worked in the food industry, I know there are unruly customers but I was not, I was patient and told her numerous time what I wanted and she did not understand because she was not paying attention, if they were busy she could have put me on hold for a second(I had no problem waiting). I'm to old and hungry to argue with someone over food. when I order food I just want my food correct and if you can't manage that I'm ok! There are other places in town to get a burger, I will not be returning for the simple fact of their customer service! Take your chance if you want, their burgers are ok not good enough to...

This is not the quality that I know for a 5 Guys burger. This is my first time coming to this location as I'm new to the area. I can tell you that they take a long time to make your food. Then the bun of the burger is cold, smashed, and full of grease/condiments. After that the burger seems to arrive to me in store semi cold, even though they just made it in front of me. On top of it they put way too much cajun seasoning on the fries to the point that it becomes an unbearable amount of cajun to eat.

Also, the way that they keep the grill clean by specifically smashing only all the grease/fat onto the grill and then scraping it off after is the totally wrong way to clean and it's disgusting as well. Which honestly 5 Guys is giving me a stomach ache and it's making my stomach feel yucky this morning.

Which on top of it, $16 for a burger and regular size fries with no drink is very expensive! So honestly, I won't be returning to 5 Guys...

Today was I was having a nostalgic moment and I was craving 5 guys. After a great Sunday workout I had a great cheat meal at 5 guys.

Boooy they did not disappoint ! I haven’t been here in months and Destiny and the crew took care of me.

I had 2 burgers with 3 patties each with no cheese , no Fries’s.

On each burger I had Mushrooms , jalapeño peppers , grilled onions , grilled green peppers.

It taste so fresh so juicy even without sauce.

Destiny was kind and enthusiastic from the time I ordered to when I receive it . She also made sure all communication about my order was done efficiently and make sure no cheese on my burgers and helped speed the process of me receiving my order.
