On January 5th, 2022 we were notified by our landlord that we needed to vacate the property, she decided she wanted to sell. My wife and I were extremely surprised as we'd been in our "home" since August of 2007. Needless to say we were in somewhat of a state of panic knowing the selling and rental market in the Exeter School District. I have two children and my youngest is a junior at EHS, the last thing we wanted was to put her in a different school system. Kid's are going through enough with our country's current state of affairs!! There were two places available which had three bedrooms, an apartment in Exeter and a house in Stratham NH. The apartment in Exeter would not work as there was very limited parking and we have four vehicles, the apartment was also somewhat small ; interior space. I called Ruffner real estate, Florence and I had done a fair amount of business previously . I explained to Florence our dilemma and she went to work immediately. We were notified on the 5th and by the 12th of January I had a signed lease for the house in Stratham. The house meets all of our needs and we are so excited to move in. As you can expect my children were rather upset moving from a home they had been in for 14 years but with Florence's help it certainly lessened the effect. They are both happy and looking forward to the move now as are my wife and I. My wife, children, and I wish to thank Ruffner real estate (Florence Ruffner) for making what could have been an extremely difficult situation into an easy transition , there are no words!

Mollie went above and beyond, my experience with Mollie as my Buyers agent was great. She provided me with information on the properties that was instrumental in the decision to buy or walk away. The deal that came together is where her worth as a professional shined, I was a day away from leaving on a vacation out of the country. I provided her the contact info for my bank and seller agent for my home I had under agreement and left her in charge of arranging the details. While I was enjoying my tropical vacation she arranged the title company, septic, inspection, well and coordinated the parties for me. When I touched down back in Boston a week later my inspections were set for that day. Everything went like a well oiled machine.
