Super friendly and knowledgeable people working here. Their pricing on instrument services is more than fair and reasonable. Many places around charge a lot more for the same. The turn around time is also very reasonable.

Between my wife and I we have a few instruments, we'll definitely be coming here for them as well. I can't say enough good things about this music shop.

Where this is on my way to and from work, I'll definitely be coming here more frequently. I stopped in for the first time yesterday, never having been there before, and I was greeted like an old friend.

It reminds me of the music shop I pretty much grew up in.

Update I got my Dean acoustic bass guitar back today and it plays better than the day I bought it! Amazing job! Real musicians and music lovers. I haven't had such a nice time visiting a music shop. I am a novice violinist who bought her violin on the Internet and I needed some adjustments to the chin rest. They looked it over, suggested a different chin rest and installed it carefully. I wouldn't have dared to touch my violin for fear of hurting it. They know their craft and can do most repairs for all bridge instruments and even wind instruments, too. I am not a musician yet, but it felt great to hand out there. Exeter Music has been a standby for many decades. Rich Bolwes, owner has stocked this small store with most essentials and supported our community especially enriching our youth.

The dedicated, knowledgeable & friendly Alex Potvin often holds the fort down in grand form. Alex fixed the action on my bass while I waited. Id bet most music stores would have told me to leave it for a week or so.
