Lunachics — Local services in Exeter

My mother has been talking, actually RAVING, Lunachics for nearly a year. However, I’ve spent the last 11 months minimizing all the “stuff” we have accumulated, which meant shopping was not high on my list. All that changed yesterday! My mom finally got me to meet her at the store (the gift certificate she got me for Christmas helping her cause), and I feel in LOVE in a hot second. Upon entering, I immediately sensed a warm and inviting atmosphere. It was easy to discern the extensive thought and effort that went into curating their selection of goods. The care and visually beautiful displays, depicted a boutique that was passionate about the items they sell, and the customer service they offer. I scoured the sales rack, and scored 3 pairs of jeans at amazing prices! This left room for a bit of an indulgent purchase (a GORGEOUS top!). When I tried on the jeans and top together, I felt and looked like a million bucks! I can’t remember the last time I felt so confident in an outfit. It might be pre-baby, which, sadly, was at least 18 years ago. Moving on! The saleswoman, Kelly, was incredibly helpful (and honest) when it came to trying on the items. She went the extra mile to look in the basement for a different size (on a sale item even) and came back triumphant! She was so invested in our shopping experience, I asked if she was the owner. She replied Dana is the owner, but she has been at the store 11 years and it is obvious just how much she enjoys being there. I highly recommend this beautiful...

I love this store so much! I actually have been saving a fair portion of my paycheck for a couple of years now because there’s so many things I want within the store and because I love how friendly the staff is. Awesome staff really makes the difference for me. The only reason I haven’t purchased previously is because my car is in desperate need of repair. I hustled this month, put in the extra work and I purchased the most adorable two tops the other day! I highly recommend Kelli and her team.

Everybody that Kelli has ever hired has gone above and beyond whenever I walked in. Lunachics doesn’t have that posh, holier than thou feel to it. They’re real people and they really wanna know how you are. Whether you walk out with a purchase or not, you’re treated with respect, which doesn’t happen in some high-quality luxury clothing stores. Nobody turns down their nose about the fact that I have a walker and it could potentially bump into their displays – Yes, that’s happened at other places. Nobody has asked me to leave their amazing clothing store because the walker might bump into something. Yes, that’s also happened at different high-end clothing stores.

My boyfriend and I were passing through on our way to old orchard beach -we had seen an amazing review for the donut shop down the street if I’m being honest- so I stopped in Lunachics to browse a bit.
