An old apothecary repurposed to a speakeasy. This is what Exeter needed, a cocktail bar that is open until 11. While the rest of the town sleeps, you can be enjoying lush desert cocktails or house specials such as ‘Tony’s martini’. Some of the best small plates from Vino downstairs are served here such as the Duck/Venison Bolognese + other more bar friendly things like pastrami sliders or a NY chopped cheese. ‘Fine dining style obviously’.

I hesitate to give this place the review it deserves because I want a chance at getting back in! The food (charcuterie/cheese plate and dessert sampler) were top-notch, the cocktails were delicious, and our server was very attentive and explained the menu well. The atmosphere was enjoyable and well appointed. Overall, a great choice for meeting friends...
