Old Navy — Local services in Fairbanks

HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE ,HORRIBLE!!!!I was shopping there over the weekend during the flip flop sale, I need help finding things for my kids while I’m wearing a boot after some surgery. I was getting the run around about where stuff was and no one was friendly expect the lady at the front saying “hi” I saw plenty of employees but not one person came to help me! Thankfully another lady saw me struggling to get some stuff in women’s active and helped me but knowing two people walked by who were pushing carts of product didn’t even attempt to help is ridiculous. I’ve been an old baby shopper for years and have a old navy card, I’m tempted to cancel it because the last few months this store has been HELL. I will be contacting corporate to share my experiences I’ve had. I’m not sure who manages the store but it’s a clearly not a customer service base like the other stores I shop at...

Old Navy is Old Navy. I'm not a huge fan of Old Navy in general but they do have a clean facility that is well organized and run by friendly staff. I run here when I know I need some casual business clothes for work or a cute dress. They have a little something for everyone and there are some pretty cute shoes. I couldn't find Khaki pants anywhere at Fred Myers but I found a pair here. They have other colors too - lots of good fall clothes. They're a bit more pricey that what I usually care for, but they're always having sales and you can collect old navy instore points to save money on future purchases. My favorite part is all their workout clothes. They have a good selection of workout tops and yoga pants. They make for comfy PJ's. :) And there are dressing rooms if you need to...

Been shopping old navy for a long time. Whether it's for come cheap work clothes or some nice hoodies they pretty much have it all. Recently it has been made public that old navy will be separating from its other brands, gap and banana republic. Hopefully that will help them by offering more size options and selections. As a guy it's somewhat depressing that theres a limited number of styles that are availble and being a bit bigger doesnt help either because these places are designed to sell to the masses of tiny people. But still I get a fair amount of stuff that lasts a few years and thier Jean's is wear they excel. They brought the flex line in and I am impressed.
