I am a fan Pita Pit. But I’ve had to stop going because I don’t have at least 30-45 minutes to wait for my food. You only have one register. When you are busy, the line wraps and crowds near people trying to eat. When you are eating, you don’t want a line right in your face (it’s butt level when you are sitting). Consider a 2nd register or more effective way to queue people. And I am pointing out the obvious here, but you are slow. You are really slow. You need more people making the wraps/salads...heaven forbid someone orders a smoothie...add 10 minutes bc it’s a major bottleneck. Do you not see the nonverbals of your customers who are waiting too long for their food/to order? Consider hiring more people or staffing more people during peak times. This will decrease wait times, increase table turnover and help ensure operational efficiency. Again...love the food but I can’t enjoy it unless I have at least an hour to...
Read moreTalk about customer service!! The two ladies working today 08/31/2019 are just completely rude! No customer acknowledgement or nice as we came in the door. They clearly dont care about sales and customers, they should go work at walmart so they have a reason to be rude as hell! I had to ask them to get some service because they were too busy doing whatever they were refilling, I have patience and I could have waited if they said something. I don't come here often but I would love some customer service. Then a lady comes by after we had been “taken care of “ by another employee they pulled from the back he apologized and everything and I straight up told him the problem was not him, but the other two Keyana and Katie employees need to find a better job! . They greeted the customer that came after us and I really don't understand why they acted so disrespectfully towards us. Management needs to do...
Read moreFairbanks has the worst Pita Pit in the state. It is drastically different from the locations in Anchorage. The first thing I noticed is that you must declare at the time of ordering that you wish to have your order custom made if you wish to have any input on your pita. The enthusiasm and personal attention given by each employee in Anchorage is nonexistent in Fairbanks. Other little things I noticed were no napkins in the holders, no sprouts (they didn't run out, they just don't do them at all), the hardest and coldest metal chairs, and one small trashcan that was overflowing. The pita I had was still good, apparently you can still make a good pita without sprouts or a single care. I have been to 4 Pita Pits. Is Anchorage abnormally great? They are making Fairbanks look...
