We usually love this place and order from them quite often. But tonight was the worst experience we’ve had with them! We ordered a pizza online at 5:35pm. An hour and 15 mins passed so we decided to see if it was in route. Which they said it was, and two mins later the driver shows up and gave us our pizza. My husband, my son and I sat down to eat and my husband pulled a long brownish blonde hair out from under the cheese. And lifted the cheese up to fully get it out. We all stopped eating immediately so we could show them or give them their pizza back when they sent us a new one. I had one bite, my son had half of his slice while my husband didn’t have a single bite. We called back and told them what had happened and they gladly sent us a new one 20 mins later. The driver shows up and my husband opens the door and it was the same driver as before. She said “We usually quote our pizzas at 15mins to an hour and 15 mins.” My husband said to her “Oh here is the other pizza I don’t know if you guys need it back” and showed her the slice with the hair in it. She rudely said “No one in our store has blonde hair” and shoved the new pizza into my husband’s hands and threw the receipt on the ground and walked away. We are greatly disappointed in this company. Luckily as soon as she was gone my husband called the store to talk to the manager who was very kind and nice and gave us a refund. Which we appreciate. We won’t pay for that kind of service anywhere. We love their pizzas but we probably won’t order from there again...
Read moreFood Quality: Cheap and hard to say that you get what you pay for. Personally the breadsticks and crust are good on the day you get it but when it has to be reheated it turns into a brick. I never use the dipping sauce and try to avoid leaving the store with it.
Customer Service: Horrible management, used the online ordering service and ended up costing me more time and frustration as the the drive thru was faster. Need to prioritize and set limitations to how they use the drive i.e. limit it to "pick up and order only". Its not very effecient under their current model. Pizza is a high profit food and some compensation should be applied to errors rather than accusing the customer of not ordering a pizza. If the customer elects to stay reward them i.e. discount, free soda, or etc rather than treating the customer poorly.
Overall: They will more than likely remain as their price point for pizza is well below their competitors. I rather pay the extra and eat at others as the quality of their food and service do not meet my...
Read moreHonestly I have enjoyed coming to this place but I was just in the drive through when I placed my order, the lady who took my order gave my total and when I asked if it would be alright to split the charges with two different card payments she blankly rolled her eyes and said “we can’t do that.” I asked if she could try or ask for help and she literally slammed the rolling glass window and walked away, slid both my cards and practically threw my receipts at me and for whatever reason was giving me a death stair as I was filling out the receipts. I left a tip, even though I feel like the customer service was unacceptable. I’m hoping maybe she was just having a bad day or was overwhelmed.
