I cannot thank David, owner of Commonwealth Appraisers & Jewelers, enough for his excellent service in helping me create the perfect engagement ring for my fiancé. From the moment I first walked through the door, David made me feel welcome and was eager to help me understand exactly what I was looking for. As someone who did not know anything about diamonds, rings, or, let alone, Jewelry, I deeply appreciated his transparency and willingness to explain every detail. I feel like nowadays it is often difficult to find authentic businessmen who will level with you and truly look out for your best interest. I absolutely recommend Commonwealth Appraisers and Jewelers. I wasn't sure what to expect when my sister recommended this place and I met her here, but I am so glad she did. I thought this would be a quick, cold, and pushy appointment, but it was the exact opposite. Our grandmother passed away and we had a lot more jewelry than expected for our appointment. David was sooo nice and beyond patient with not just my sister and I, but his time. I had a bunch of questions and he not only answered them, but he EXPLAINED. He has EXTENSIVE knowledge in this business and is so gracious to not only assist, but he also walks you through the process and tells you the whys and the hows. We didn't know what was real or fake and he took the time to explain everything to us and go through everything. David was so detail oriented that this was the 4th jeweler I went to and found that he was genuinely interested in investing his time energy in the jewelry versus a quick job and judging or over pricing the customer. I went to get a Chain and necklace welded. The chain 22 carat was very damaged and needed a lot of intricate Stitching. I was impressed on the outcome and the patient that David had put towards protecting his work and the finished product.
