Really cute place with a variety of locally-made or sourced pantry items, cheeses, jams, meats, and more. Parking is free and pretty easy around the area! What really drew us to the place is The Farmer's Wife's new location! Kendra told us about it during our routine visit to their SF Ferry Building farmer's market booth, so we had to check it out - and the drive out to Point Reyes was 100% worth it. It's a section of the building and the menu has a lot of variety. We enjoyed our sandwiches immensely, as always, but the side salad that came with it was so good that we went back in and ordered a second salad to take home. Service was very friendly and we even got a couple of cookies to go too. Highly recommend checking this place out!

Absolutely lovely local spot. There's cheese, wine, tons of pickled items (REALLY good kimchi!!), probiotic sodas, wool clothing, local art (seriously gorgeous botanical illustration!), soaps, and some of the most DELICIOUS sandwiches! highly recommend.

Very fun spot to stop in. I didn’t think the seasonal fermented float was as good as the chronicle claimed but it was still very good. I think I would have liked it with the more flavorful chocolate ice cream as opposed to the fior de latte.

The hardworking folks who’ve been doing Wild West Ferments for years took over the former Cowgirl Creamery space in Pt Reyes Station and are building it into a gourmet destination with wine, cheese, prepared foods, ferments, and other specialties. I beeline it to the wine display for hard-to-find, international, natural wines, then to the cheese case for Aries sheep cheese from Shooting Star Creamery. Well worth seeking out if you’re in...

My wife and I happened to travel through Point Reyes Station, and Wild West Ferments caught my eye. This place is beautiful! I am a fan of various ferments, and they did not disappoint. The El Curtido was my favorite, and we should have purchased the big jar. They also have classes for learning how to make various fements, which I hope I will be able to participate in next time we are...
