This is the best Costco for cheapest gas cheapest food prices (yes it does matter what zip code you shop in!! Although it really shouldn't!!! Especially since I'm only comparing stores from Vacaville to walnut creek) so in that small of an area or we can move into even smaller and go to just between 2 or 3 stores Vacaville vallejo/Concord and then the Pittsburg /antioch store - this one the Concord /vellejo store is the absolute best for having the most choices of food in the food court in store to buy and for food prices!!! Also gas is always at the top 3 cheapest in fairfield anyway for being best priced
Compared to pittsburg /antioch the food prices here are at minimum 5$ cheaper per item!!!!! And that's at minimum!!! I went on a very light shopping trip and was absolutely shocked to find out that just a 20 min drive across the bridge and I was paying near 50% more then I would have been if I would be shopping at this Costco and I only was getting a small cart less then 15 items of food!!!! Even then food in the bread and bakery is cheaper hear by exorbitant amounts per item!!!
I cross the bridge once a week this way ( yes unfortunately I live on the more expensive side of the world, 😱😭😭😭🌍😩😅😳🙁💔 So every penny counts big time and I compare shop like a maniac and I will have gone to 7 different stores before my monthly shopping is done for all the items I need but for foods definitely I split it up between 3 main places but I will use my once a week drs appointments to Benifit me in the best of ways and always visit this store to fill up my tank no matter the level and if I need anything at all a quick stop if timing permits! It doesn't take long to go in and quickly get out now that they have installed the self check out stands!! Yes Costco has self check out!!!! Its amazing!!! I can run in and out of Costco for a rotisserie chicken and cesear salad kit in less then 10 mins now!!!! Amaizballs 8 know!!!! 😜😛😋😳😁🤣🤣🤣
All im saying is I am a family of one now 2 if you count my brilliant puppers dog mylie thank the lord I got away from my previous mess!! But my Costco membership is definitely paying for itself in the water delivery system the gas prices and this particular stores...
Read moreWorst Costco ever 😡😡 but this Green valley Costco is at an all-time low. Customer service.👎 there was a assault on a young pregnant female by two nonmembers that walked in to the food court, it was witnessed by a lot of people this evening about 8 PM and Cory the acting manager did nothing absolutely nothing very disappointing to see the Costco green valley is run like this now . I requested the live footage but he said nothing . I was forced to make police report and costco No accountability , no help with the situation for letting nonmembers come in and harass, spit on pregnant women disrupt and interfere woth actual members . These two girls where trying to trying to return merchandise without a Costco card😂😂😂and non membership 😂 I have been coming here since here since it was built .
tomorrow morning , I will be going to Costco and revoking my family s membership immediately We no longer want to be a members here !
This Costco is unsafe and not managed well and is evidently not prepared or educated enough to handle serious decisions for situations that may occur , This was my experience here I’m very disappointed as I have never encountered such irresponsible management. The situation lasted for 45 minutes well, the manager Cory just stood in awe he was not very responsive The authorities were eventually called out It’s unfortunate because it could’ve been handled appropriately, but the lack of basic management 101 and common courtesy to actual members and lack of emergency protocol was just not present.. when I called Costco they didn’t really say anything about it. She said sorry and at the end of the month they’ll be putting electronic kiosks in to put your Costco card in to enter That doesn’t really necessarily stop the problem. Pathetic. So now I know why they’re building a new Costco in Napa. I’ll be driving over there. I hope they close...

I'm writing here because I'm furious about my experience with this company's dealings. Back in April 2021, I purchased the Samsung s21 for a $450 trade-in value of my old Samsung phone. I purchased the phone with them and they provided the shipping label for me to send in my old phone. They didn't provide me with further details and guaranteed me that the company and T-mobile would handle the transactions and send me a $450 prepaid visa card.
Two months passed, and I had not heard anything from wireless advocates nor T-mobile about the trade-in value offer. I checked back with one of their agents, and it turns out they were supposed to send me some kind of redemption validation code via email. They never sent me the email nor informed me about this code during the purchase. When they did send it to me, it was passed the expiration date.
I've had wireless advocates submit a ticket for this issue and have checked from time to time with them about it, and the corporate office has not done anything about it yet. No messages, no trade in value, nothing at all. I don't know if it is very dishonest, unethical, or just plain incompetent about their business practices.
I'm very very disappointed that I purchased a phone and did not receive what...
