I took my family to this location last weekend for my wife's birthday.Rather then attempt to walk the length of the store with a double stroller I chose to wait for them in the front of the store entrance. This location actually didn't have the space to accommodate me when I attempted walking through the store with the stroller initially. As I waited at the store entrance every store emplyeee seemed to walk up to where I was waiting and would just stare. Keep in mind the store has two recliners out front as you enter and I was utilizing them. One by one they would walk up to the entrance and rather then ask if I needed assistance or even ask what I was doing they would instead just stand there and stare at my two children sitting in the stroller and I. This went on for nearly half an hour. Once I even asked if I could help THEM with something. I recommend the kids working at this location take a course on customer service and language and communication skills. Or is it the objective of HOLLISTER JEANS to make its customers feel as uncomfortable as possible? At the end of the day that was my money that paid for their items and I will not be bringing my family back to this...

I came back to your store to shop on 10-15-19 in the evening around 2:40 pm. There were no other customers in the store. There was clothes on the floor and I had trouble trying to locate your clearance items.
I had intentions of starting a membership there, but the cashiers were young and not really interested in answering my questions or helping me start a membership. I realize that cell phones create a distraction. Your employee was rude, arrogant,and failed to make eye contact with me. The other employees were using their phones for personal calls.
I like shopping at your store but I will not return due the clutter, lack of customer service, and the arrogant behavior
