Today I went in and I had placed a mobile order. I saw a couple of drinks come out and I thought I should mention that I was still waiting on my drink since I had been waiting for 15 minutes. I understand that working at Starbucks can be very stressful so I talked to the barista in a calm manner and let her know what was going on. She gave me back so much attitude and stated that there was not another order for me. I showed her that I had received my crossiant but I didn’t get my drink. She said that it must’ve been bc I placed the crossiant and the drink separately although I was clearly showing her my phone with the crossiant and drink in the same order. She didn’t want to make the $8 drink that I was missing. I was talking to her nicely and she was rude the whole time to me. It wasn’t until someone else had to intervene and say that it must’ve been because the machine might’ve not printed the sticker for my drink. That’s the only way that she made the drink. She did a great job on the drink tho it...
Read moreMakes the best drink BUT the blonde girl who took my payment today asked if I wanted to use my rewards & I said “NO because I am saving my rewards for a rainy day” later on i’m curious as to why 4 ventis 2 scones and a breakfast sandwich were only $18. I go to the receipts in my app. Thankfully for this feature I discover she used the money on my starbucks account to pay for some of my order. I never agreed to use the money on my account at all because she never asked if I wanted to. Usually I will be asked first rewards, money on the app, or another way of payment. The drinks are always perfect at this location specifically ( & I order some complicated drinks FOR SURE) , although y’all should make sure your baristas get enough coffee too. Take care of your employees. Not saying it’s her fault, but definitely seemed like she needed something to...
Read moreNote: Reviewing Starbucks can be iffy because quality changes as quickly as their staff. As of 10/2018, I will review all Starbucks in my area. Always check recent reviews. This Starbucks is the king of mediocrity. The staff are mostly friendly, the cold brew is amazing, the tea is good, and the espresso drinks are passable. However, when I pay a premium $5-6 for an espresso drink, I usually want something a bit better than a "passable" drink. I want my drink to be delicious. I've had plenty of delicious drinks from Starbucks, so I know what to expect. I never seem to get that here. The upside is they always deliver a perfectly mediocre, passable drink so you can always rely on them to deliver. Most Starbucks around here are not so reliable, so this is a good quality. Personally, I usually find myself riskin' the biscuit with the...
